Shape Shop Health Club, service is what sets us apart. We're a small,
personal health
 club catering to individuals with specific health and
fitness goals. We want our members to feel welcome and comfortable
working to attain their personal goals whether it is with a personal
trainer or on their own. We pride ourselves on our diverse clientele
and inclusive atmosphere.
Personal
trainers are certified in aerobics and weight training.
Additionally, Shape Shop
offers nutritional guidance, and group Pilate’s Mat classes.
